| We're not professional trainers. Our
presentations aren't as slick as they come, and you won't get the feeling
you're in a cookie-cutter training class with a scripted, polished delivery.
We've all been to those kinds of classes, and there are some excellent
places to go if that's what you want. We have a passion for our industry
and for electronic security products. Our involvement in
designing these products, testing these
products, and seeing them go into systems
is part of who we are. If you need to understand our industry, how products
work, and how it all fits together, we're the ones to call.
We've trained executives at companies that are contemplating getting
involved in electronic security and want to understand the industry.
Companies that are looking to integrate their products with others and want
to know the issues before making a commitment. Architects and engineers on
how to design electronic security systems. Government agencies on the
standards that should be used to evaluate these systems. We've even taught
integrators how to install and troubleshoot these systems.
And if you're looking for an objective assessment of the skills of your
employees, present or potential, we're pretty good at figuring out who can
put their money where their mouth is.
OK, we do have some formal experience. We've been responsible in the past
for the training services offered by a major CCTV manufacturer, and have
even written an article on training classes (Training
Classes for the Faint of Heart) for those, like us, who run
training classes but aren't strictly professional trainers.
But don't tell us our training classes are polished and professional. That
would take away the fun. |
