In November of 2006, R. Grossman and Associates moved into our new facility, a converted 100-year-old farmhouse set on an 8-acre wooded lot. After extensive renovations, our facility now features a training center, two product test labs, a conference area, and office space including three private offices and a common office area. There's another 3,000 square foot building on the property that we own, currently leased out but available for expansion.

This farmhouse was over 100 years old, and it showed. We wanted to preserve the feel of the place but modernize it considerably. After extensive renovation, which included the replacement of floors (down to the dirt crawl space), we think it’s both inviting and high-tech. We hope you'll get a chance to see for yourself 

The Main Floor

The downstairs includes our system design center which features the three different types of consoles commonly in use. Instead of picturing how your room will look, sit down and experience it.

Our fully equipped training center features scheduled classes on CCTV, systems design, access control, and other electronic security topics. We also invite product manufacturers to conduct classes here, for their clients as well as ours. Classes are free for clients and prospective customers who want to check out what we have to offer. Our two product test labs can subject products to real-world conditions — and real end-user concerns. The downstairs lab can also be used as a second training room.

The Upstairs

In addition to a common office area and three private offices, our second floor includes plenty of work space. Our conference room and library offers plenty of room to spread out plans with a breathtaking view of the best mother nature has to offer.

Our in-house print center  features a large format plotter with roll feeder, two large-format color laser printers, one with a finisher that folds, staples, and punches documents automatically and a large format copier.  Large drawing shelves (not shown) hold our working drawing files with careful revision tracking and archival procedures in place.

A second product test lab also houses our production network, digital telephone system, and UTP multimedia and video network wiring punch-down and patching area. In conjunction with our downstairs lab, we are able to perform hands-on product test for a variety of clients and independent manufacturers.
