I was at ISC West as well and came away with the same impression. There were things I would have loved to see such as some of the new technology and incorporation of user concerns in biometrics (ex: Sarnoff&#039;s eye recognition system), new approaches to perimeter security (both hardware and video based) and generally more folks doing different things and showing off new innovations and different approaches, a plus for me at these kinds of things. Instead I walked away with what I imagine was a similar general impression as you had.... that the show was basically... &quot;Ehh&quot;. 

Next year it&#039;ll be ASIS.</description>
