Bob is President and founder of
R. Grossman and Associates. He has spent time as an end user,
responsible for security, surveillance, and low-voltage electronics at
Bally's Park Place, a major Atlantic City casino. As a Senior Project
Manager for Sensormatic Electronics' Enterprise Accounts group, he
learned first hand the difficulty in translating ideas into reality while
staying on schedule and under budget. He has worked for both Vicon
Industries (as Vice President of Customer and Technical Services) and
American Dynamics/Tyco Safety Products (as Director of Product Line
Management), with responsibilities that included pre-and post sales support,
project design, product line management, customer service and sales.
During his career, Bob has been associated with some of the largest and
most complex electronic security projects in the world. These include
casinos (MGM Grand, Foxwoods, Mystic Lake, Genting Highlands, Subic Bay,
The Sahara) in the United States and internationally, government
projects including the U.S. Postal Service, and commercial and
industrial projects for companies like EDS and IBM.
He has authored numerous articles for industry publications, including
Security Sales and Integration magazine. Bob has
also conducted training classes and spoken at numerous industry events both
internationally and in the US, on topics ranging from designing systems to
the future of technology in our industry. |

Riley Pierce, Senior Consultant/Project Manager provides backup to
Mr. Grossman on many projects. Mr. Pierce has numerous years in the security
industry, most recently as Technical Support and Applications Engineering
Manager for two well known CCTV firms, American Dynamics and Vigilant
Technologies. He is a former law enforcement officer and holds both a
Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. |

Robert Sprague, Consultant/Project
Manager, has an extensive background
as an integrator and end user will be a tremendous asset to our firm. He has
previously worked for Security Services and Technology, Edge Security, and
in various gaming facilities in Atlantic City, including ten years with the
Trump organization. He is trained and certified as a locksmith and has
extensive experience with access control, CCTV, and other low voltage
systems. |

Americo DiPrinzio,
Consultant/Technical Specialist, has extensive experience in the design,
configuration, and deployment of computer and networking systems. Mr.
DiPrinzio has worked as an Information Management Officer for the U.S. Army,
also providing both Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk support. In addition to
computer and security experience, Rico is familiar with analog and digital
data/voice switching systems and holds an undergraduate degree in Computer
Science and Information Systems. |

Susan Procovic, Operations Manager, is responsible for project
scheduling, tracking, and workflow management. With experience in
administration and traffic management at Smith O’Keefe and Associates, a
large advertising agency, Ms. Procovic will help manage the growth of the
firm, ensuring that all aspects of project design, documentation and
administration are completed on schedule and to the satisfaction of our
clients. If there are any questions about project status, scheduling, or
deliverables, Susan is the one to contact. |

Tracey Baldwin, System Design Specialist,
handles the
bulk of our CAD work as well as project schedules and system compliance
audits. Ms.
Baldwin attended Syracuse University School of Architecture and has
extensive experience with documentation-intensive projects. Tracey has
recently completed advanced AutoCAD training and is certified in all modern
versions of that software through version 2009, She is also proficient in Microsoft Visio, and other software applications
used in project design. |

Terri Timmons, Office Manager, is Bob
Grossman's assistant and also provides
administrative and logistical support for our projects. Prior to joining our
firm, Ms. Timmons handled administrative and office management duties for a
well known criminal law firm, and has over 25 years of legal and
administrative experience. She is extremely resourceful and is adept at
managing stressful situations and ensuring that proper communication is
maintained and problems are ultimately resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.
Terri is proficient in all Microsoft Office products and is a Licensed
Notary Public in the State of New Jersey. |
